In previous writeups, I’ve focused mainly on the garments offered in the Arc’teryx LEAF (Law Enforcement and Armed Forces) line. Featured here are some items from the LEAF line of gloves, which are models that are also available from their commercial line.
The Crye Precision JPC (Jumpable Plate Carrier) caused quite a buzz when it was unveiled at the 2010 SHOT Show. Some changes have been made since then, and the updated production version was shown at the 2011 SHOT Show. The JPC is an extremely light weight, packable, minimalist plate carrier that weighs just over one pound. Even so, Crye has been able to incorporate features into its design that many more complex plate carriers don’t have.

If you’ve been waiting for an offset mount for the SureFire Scout light with quick-detach capability for what seems like years (like I have), the LT752 SureFire Scout Offset Mount from LaRue Tactical has finally been released.
The Blank PUPs from Bawidamann Blades is their PUP (Pals Universal Platform) without the grid pattern of holes drilled in it. This allows the user to drill his own holes if whatever he’s mounting doesn’t have the standard hole spacing.
Two of the new additions to the Princeton Tec MPLS line are the Switch and Remix Pro MPLS. The Switch is a dual LED version of the Point, and the Remix Pro MPLS utilizes a different modular mounting system than the regular Remix Pro reviewed previously.
