Last post of 2011! The LTS (Lightweight Tactical Shirt) from Massif is a long-sleeved tactical shirt designed for hot-weather, high exertion missions that don’t require FR protection.
The Premium Diamond Sights from Diamondhead-USA, and available from Rainier Arms are a series of flip-up combat sights for the AR-15 which utilize proprietary diamond-shaped apertures and front housing, rather than the standard M4 round rear aperture with front ‘wings’ sight picture. They offer and alternative sight picture that is intended to make it easier to line up the front and rear sights.
BattleComp Enterprises, LLC, is a relatively newcomer to the industry, yet in the short time they’ve been around, they’ve made quite an impact with their line of compensators. Shown here are their 1.0 and 1.5 comps.
If you like little fire-starting gadgets, the nanoSTRIKER and MATCHCAP are two products from Exotac, Inc. that are sure to please the innate pyro inside us all (at least the guys). One is a compact ferrocerium fire-starter and the other is a waterproof container for matches.
The Salomon Quest 4D GTX boots are popular hiking boots, but haven’t been available in the U.S. in a ‘tactical’ colour until just recently. Mission Ready Equipment and Ãœber Group Llc., brought over a supply of Quests in brown manufactured for the European market, and are available exclusively (for now), from Mission Ready Equipment.
